Constipation doesn't need to be explained!

How to avoid that is to focus in on one strategy and get good at it then take on another. That was stressed heavily in the No Excuses Summit which I just came back from. I can tell you although many of those leaders there have several sources of income NOW they did not start it that way, they created a process and followed it consistently every day! And that is key. Don't be me like in the video and be going too many directions!

Okay I am going to share something that on the surface is going to seem fun, but its actually a serious thing that many network marketers go through when they get on the internet and try to build their business. They attend everything and….

You could be there by live steam!

I am about to board a plane to No Excuses Summit this morning. I just wanted to get this off to you because its just that important. Take a moment to share! And if you didn’t get to go to the live event, there is still time to participate through the Live Steam Event!

In order to have the best possible experience it is very important to prepare and plan so that it is what you wanted it to be. Many times I have gone off without everything I needed then had to go looking for it in the gift shop, ugh, not a good plan! So take it from me don’t expect to find it there unless you want to set yourself up for frustration!

Things To Remember!

1. Note pads and pens:  I use a journal specifically for the event. Make sure to date it – When you get back from the event, it is wise to review and implement what you have learned, but later on – much later, you will review again, and if not dated, it will be difficult to know what it was and what it was about.
2. Camera and correct batteries: It can be very frustrating indeed to go hunting for a drug store, and sometimes there just isn’t time! You will pay a premium price for these things in the hotel gift shop.
3. Remember the 4 oz rule: When carrying on liquids there is a pretty strict rule for anything that you have in personal items, so make sure they are less than 4 oz. I have actually watched the people dump all of my products in the trash bin because I had items that were more than that.
4. Laptop in a place easy to remove: They require that you have a laptop out in the bin to go through security, so have it where it’s easy to remove from the case.
5. Business Cards: I have forgotten mine before so make sure you have them so you can easily exchange with people and of course it’s about getting their info so you can follow up!
6. Video Camera! Think ahead of things you might be able to turn into team training, or even a product to sell later! Interviews with leaders are great!
7. Cell Phone: Have numbers already plugged in of team members cells, leaders, and the transportation numbers you will need such as the shuttle service, and hotel, the reservation line of your airline.
8. Dress For Success: Even though it would feel good to wear ultra-casual remember you will be meeting both your upline and your downline for the first time! Dress your best in your personality. I remember being rather under impressed by one leader that wore sloppy sweats to the main event.
9. Refrain from being up too late night before: It’s easy to get excited and keep doing things but you can wear yourself out and not enjoy the whole trip.
10. Relax and enjoy: It’s not just a physical journey but a journey into new things you are going to learn about yourself and your company!

Why I AM Attending No Excuses 3

I am about to share some huge nuggets, take a moment and share this with the buttons above, your friends will thank you for it

I am getting ready to attend the No Excuses 3 event in Las Vegas, NV and I realized that there was much I have learned that I can share with you why I attend such an event and why I even bought VIP.

MLM EVENTS

When I first started out, I learned only 2 weeks after I got started that there was a big event that I needed to attend. Now mind you I had just spent $3000 on my initial start up expenses. I have to wonder sometimes how many get so worried about really small expenses, and they get so caught up in that. Well, at first I thought, no way! Then I thought, what am I missing by not attending? You know being around those winners, and those people that had made it, PRICELESS! So “No Brainer” I went, and I was changed forever! I hope you get that attending events is crucial to your success!

NON-MLM EVENTS

First of all I will define what I mean by non-MLM events: they are any formal events that are NOT run by your MLM or other MLM companies.

That would include, conventions, opportunity meetings, and any other live events put on by your MLM or by someone who is in a MLM. This can be anything from a personal development weekend, to a real estate how-to. Its not hard to find out about them unless you live under a tree, which actually I felt like I did for a while.

I was not introduced to them by my MLM company or my upline. I found out about them when I started to broaden my sphere. I hope you get that you need to be around successful people, IN PERSON IS PRICELESS!

WHY DO I ATTEND NON-MLM EVENTS?

The purpose for me is two-fold. #1 is to pick up great ideas that can be adapted into my business. And #2 to network with like-minded individuals that would be interested in learning more about business from me. In this day now because more and more people are losing their jobs, they are looking for a new alternative.

There is more than that though! think of what your picture looks like when you are in a very small room. Your perspective is very small, you see the walls close together, there isn’t a lot of room to move in, right? So move out into your living room, now mine has a cathedral ceiling, so even though it isn’t a really large room, it gives you a feeling of openness. Now move out to your front yard, there you see the big open sky and the streets and other houses, now you have a totally different perspective. That is what it is like when you start attending the Non-MLM Events. I hope you get that your personal perspective gets widened way out!

WHAT DO I GET FROM NON-MLM EVENTS?

Steering My MLM Course

Its very personal and it varies depending on who is presenting. The most important thing of all, is how do you come. I used to come at first, with my arms folded, and an attitude like: “You aren’t going to get me to change my mind.” Well they didn’t when I came with that attitude. Now because I have learned how to present myself and how to show up. I come with confidence, and a personal agenda of my own. I hope you get that how you show up matters!

Now when it comes to coming to something really big like the No Excuses Event is that, you are in a highly charged atmosphere, huge energy! For me since it is not the first time, I will be able to get in close with many of the people that I have already met online. I will take every opportunity to build my own knowledge base from others that are more successful at this point than me. You see you should always be looking towards the horizon for where you are going. I hope you get that relationships grow and become deeper and more meaningful!

I believe now that more than ever the old-school MLM methods are gone, so its a new paradigm for us, we must be ready to learn and grow into the new economy and world that is being presented to us! (Stay tuned tomorrow I share my top 10 reasons why I attend these events!) I grew but the bottom line also, my bank account grew, and that is really it! I hope you get that in order for your life to change, you must grow, and live events are an outstanding way for that to happen!
