I Know You Are Probably Seeing A Lot About No Excuses Summit

You are seeing it all over the internet, talk about No Excuses Summit! And you are probably asking yourself why you should go and what could possibly be in it for you to go! I used to think that way too! Its easy to focus on what it costs versus what can be gained. I learned though fairly early on that it was important to invest in my education in this industry and events like No Excuses Summit is the cream of the crop in that regard.

The second reason why I went and am going again is the associations. In the landmark book “Think And Grow Rich” Napoleon Hill talks about the mastermind and how important that is to your ability to build your own Richness both in mind, and in the bank account! Now of course when you go to your own MLM event, you will have the opportunity to meet and greet the leaders of your own company, and of course I encourage that. What I did at the beginning of my career is only go to those events. When I found out though that there were bigger horizons and people that would teach and train in a generic way (not company specific) I learned so much more about how I could create a lot more than build just my own network marketing company.

No Excuses Summit Rich With New Mentors, Teachers, and Opportunities For Future JV’s

Now I have to admit, when I was a green newbie marketer I didn’t even understand the importance of this. Why would it matter what mentor or teacher I have, and what the heck is a JV? Okay that is a Joint Venture Partner, and that is a totally different topic, which in the beginning you will not understand the need for. Already just in that first time I went, which was last April, No Excuses Summit II, I have new mentors, new groups I am associated with, new horizons, and new earnings because of it.

Yes I can hear that question ticking in your mind! It does! I Learned The Hard Way About List Building For Online Network Marketing

A while ago I talked about the supermarket approach to attraction marketing which is also another way to talk about list building for online network marketing. As I always do I like to start out sharing a story of my own experience because I think that helps better than any long-winded dry text on List Building With Online Network Marketing! In fact I got a chance to listen to a real easy training that really teaches about list building in an easy way that anyone can do!

So last night I was on a webinar in which Diane Hochman talked about trends, fads and what works and doesn’t work! Now there was a time for a while when you could e-mail a big list you bought and have a pretty good chance to get sign ups or purchases through the list. Then there was the Goodle Adsense crazy, and the slap. Then after that there was a big slap in Youtube. There has been a pattern here if you haven’t caught it!

True List Building With Online Network Marketing Is About The Influence And Relationships!

So what does that mean? One thing it definitely doesn’t mean is the spamming that is prevalent now on most of the social networks. What I mean by that is that any kind of throwing links out there without value is just not going to create the long-term List Building With Online Network Marketing. We have to remember that we are talking about people who have really grown up and gotten a lot wiser about what that is all about.

People and that is our real product want to buy but they never like to be sold! We have heard that all over the place, but isn’t that what we are doing when we spam our links all over the place? It doesn’t matter if we think it is valuable, we have not built the relationship, we have built the influence, we have not solved their problems!

Real List Building With Online Network Marketing Is About Solving Our Prospects Problems!

So what are the problems of our prospects? We hear and read a lot about how to use key-word search tools to find that out. But really if you know who your prospect is, if you have defined that perfect person, which you know you can help, then you must become very well educated on their problems, what they are always looking for! My target audience, is the older “baby boomer” generation network marketer, who is struggling to learn how to use list building with online network marketing to build their business. I target everything I write, every video I produce to that person! This is the biggest key, then of course make sure you know what they want and need, what are they searching for, grab their eye, stop trying to sell them, and start solving their problems!

In The Beginning I Was The Only One To Love The Network Marketing Team

You are probably trying to figure out what I could be talking about “Love My Network Marketing Team To Success?”

Yesterday I talked about how to control your emotions in your network marketing team building!

If you have not been a mentor a team leader this may be strange to you. But what I am talking about is to be able to see your network marketing team where they can be! You can’t do their work for them, you have to give them clear directions and steps to achieve what they want!

First there was one…

Then at the beginning when I was just starting out I had a mentor. I have had good ones and not so good ones! As you will see in my video today I will talk about a missing ingredient that needs to be in your process with your network marketing team. But I will give you a little story first. When I first started out like most people I had never been in network marketing before let alone have my own network marketing team.

In the beginning my mentor had to give me assignments and help me get into the habit of doing certain activities that would grow me into a leader. One of the first things that happened was that I got put on leadership calls. Well I bet the majority have not had that happen. Of course I was so scared, I used to be scared at anything, in fact they called me “The Lady From The Mountains of Colorado, Scared Of Her Own Shadow”. I really didn’t like that title, so maybe that was the first “love” a little goad to make me want to be thought of as a leader. Remember this was before I had my own Network Marketing Team.

Then a network marketing team began..

I set my first goal, and it was lofty. We had a leader board that was the top 20. They were the ones who reached the top volume of the month. The average was 20,000. So my first goal was to reach that board and hit the top of it. Of course that meant that I had to build my own Network Marketing team. So I went to work, and guess what? I did reach that goal! So can you guess who was the first team member? Yes it was me! Before you can build your own network marketing team you have to nurture yourself!

I Became A Leader And I Started Building My Own Network Marketing Team

In order to reach that 20,000 volume it required learning those skills such as retail sales, and recruiting. It was not easy, and it was scary! And one of the first times I was on one of those calls we did for our new people I was petrified. But over time I began to look forward to them, I began to love the new network marketing team that I was building. I began to know them, and what they needed. I began to share with them the success I had and how so that they could follow. I began to see them where they could be. And so we talk about love today on Valentine’s Day. This is a different kind of love, the ability to see them where they could be, to help them catch the vision!

How To Become A Leader And Start Building Your Own Network Marketing Team

When you sponsor someone into your organization you have a moral obligation to teach them how to grow their business (as long as they are open to your assistance, of course). In my book what that means is that you teach them everything you know and support all that they are doing to begin their business. As a good leader of a network marketing team, you want to share information, motivate, facilitate and educate your team.

I can share with you today that My Lead System Pro is What Is Working Now for all Of my Team and everyone really killing it on the internet!

Here is the thing I would like you to get from this today: you first must love and nurture yourself. You must nurture your dream. You must set goals for yourself. And you must take action in order to start building your own network marketing team. Then you have to start seeing through their eyes, what they want and then help them map out a plan, it is not enough to recruit– there are many out there that preach that, you must help them, build them and yes love them enough to show them give them a path, and then watch your own network marketing team take it and grow!

I have to explain that one! In my beginning career in Online Network Marketing, I got involved and their focus was to hook us in with the products. In fact I would say that most of the companies are set up to do that. That is their focus and there is nothing wrong with that, but… it will not insure your personal success to market that way!

Screechhhhh! What did you say? Yes you being so emotionally invested in your product and company will not insure your Online Network Marketing Success!

I know this is the total opposite of what most people teach. In my first few days of Online Network Marketing with my first company which happened to be Herbalife, I of course was started on the product, and of course it goes without saying, I had success and I felt good! And I am sure you have had this same experience in any of the companies you have been involved in! So why do I say that having those great results, and having an emotional attachment will not insure your Online Network Marketing Success?

Recently I did a post about how my upline didn’t want me to learn about affiliate commissions to help offset my mlm expenses in my Online Network Marketing Efforts, and it would help you also

I Learned  To Mature My Emotions And Balancing With Logic And My Core Values To Be Successful In Online Network Marketing.

In The beginning we are a lot like babies in our Online Network Marketing. We love our company and we love our product, and we think absolutely everybody must feel the same way! We go out and preach it like it is a strange religion! Well it does start to sound like that!

So I put this status out on Facebook:

I don’t necessarily play favorites, but… I am more inclined to do something for someone when they also do nice things for me, that’s just human nature and I am being honest.

And I did it for a purpose. Because so many get themselves so emotional that they cannot see the logical, or the strategic side of any of it! Now my emotional reaction today, is going to be radically different than my emotional reaction a few years ago.

So what exactly did I mean by what I said here?

I think we have to use our business minds, but to say we can operate totally unemotionally isn’t logical either

When it comes to building with a team, I am looking for those who actually show that they are ready to build with me, in other words are they taking any action?

Those who are not, do not show that they are ready!

So As A Mentor And Leader In Online Network Marketing I Watch What People Do And I See If They Are Actually Going To Do The Actions Not Just Stay In The Emotionally Immersed State!

Remember that old saying “Put Your Money Where Your Mouth Is?”

This so applies here! How many have you gotten on your team and they do the big talk, but absolutely no action? You see you can’t pin your future of your Online Network Marketing Success on someone that will pull your emotions by believing you have someone who really will help you build your team, unless there is action behind that talk. That is where the emotional maturity really starts to play the part. I have some that do a little and I have many that do nothing. I don’t go out and try to light a fire under them! Its just not my job to create that emotional attachment for them. We talk about dreams, those are emotional, but unless you learn to talk real actions those dreams are mere wishes! Our success is never attached to any one person! We take our own action and we build leaders that is what we do!

So to wrap up, why did I get into this discussion about the emotions involved In Your Online Network Marketing?

Learn to balance your emotions and attachment to your product or company together with your marketing efforts and your actions that you take. I didn't know about affiliate and mlm income streams

I Found The Secret Magic Of Using Affiliate and MLM Income!

I have to backtrack and tell you at the beginning I didn’t really understand much about affiliate and mlm income. I thought like an employee, working from paycheck to paycheck. It took a little while to wrap my head around the reason why getting involved in a business that can blend affiliate and mlm income was going to be so powerful! In the picture is a good friend and fabulous “old School Network Marketer” Tom Big Al Schreiter.

In fact in the very early times I was told to never pay attention to any e-mails that I get because it was just people trying to steal me away. Well he didn’t say it quite like that but because of that way of thinking I didn’t discover how using affiliate and mlm steams together could actually help to support and sustain for the whole time during the building process.

Unfortunately, as most of us came from an employee mindset. We think in paychecks. We don’t think about how what we do today can actually create a long-term income. We call it residual, in other words, it gives you a small commission every month forever (as long as the person is using the service).

Voting Will Help Us Keep Our Freedom To Do Business!

It Is Important To Take A Stand Politically To Keep The Freedom Of Doing  Business!

My content today is a video I did during Colorado Caucus time! I think it is especially important because there are entities that would like to severely limit our ability to do business online! There are individuals who would like to take away all of our rights through regulation, it is only in every individual actually taking a part in the voting process from your county on up that you can really have a say on what happens. 

I especially enjoyed going to the Caucus this time because it was not my first time and I saw the process in action! Now while I could go into a bit of disappointment because the man I supported didn’t get the majority, that really isn’t the issue. What I am seeing so often, is people totally relying on the press to get their information. That is sad to me. There are plenty of ways that you can learn more. And I cannot stress enough that it is vital if we are to preserve the freedom of doing business!

There are Entities That Would Make Laws That Would Make It Difficult To Keep The Freedom Of Doing  Business!

Especially on the internet there are entities that would like to change our freedom of doing business. We do have a voice even on the internet there are votes and surveys and various ways we can be involved. There was just recently a group that was lobbying for laws that would affect our ability to keep our freedom of doing business online, but there was a movement against it. Again, this is not where I give you all of the statistics and information.

I had an experience where there were links of mine that got a ban and branded unsafe, that happens by a little group that apparently got Facebook to use their data. Unfortunately that is not based on fact but on the popular vote of people that don’t know anything about you! It is things like that that makes it all the more imperative to be an informed voter! No one is too busy to help keep the freedom of doing business especially here on the internet!

Even Those We Pick To Represent Us Could Make Laws That Would Make It Difficult To Keep The Freedom Of Doing Business!

Just to give you an illustration, again back to the caucus I just attended, we voted for a delegate to represent what we had told him that we wanted, but did you know that he doesn’t have to bring your choice to the state? So what happened in our precinct is that we didn’t like the fact that they were going to bring their own choice not ours to the State, so we re-voted for someone who would! And think about it, that really is the grass-roots of all the little freedoms we enjoy, including the freedom of doing business!

I thought it was a brilliant example of how only a very few people could actually take a stand and possibly change the entire outcome of the presidential election and also change laws or repeal laws that can hurt our freedom to do business!

So my thoughts today are, realize even though you are only one, you are still one who can make a difference! You can change the whole face of our freedom to do business by being involved! You will never know, though if you decide it isn’t convenient to vote, and it isn’t convenient to find out which candidate is really the right choice, based on your own research, not what other tell you! Rights can just as easily be taken away because of our neglect and lack of desire because we are too busy!

Yesterday I shared two videos the first about how we can let excuses get in the way, and it would be really easy to do this also with my subject matter of today, but it is just too critical for all of us that would want to keep the freedom of doing business!
