How to avoid that is to focus in on one strategy and get good at it then take on another. That was stressed heavily in the No Excuses Summit which I just came back from. I can tell you although many of those leaders there have several sources of income NOW they did not start it that way, they created a process and followed it consistently every day! And that is key.
